Payroll Service Discount
I am amazed at the number of professional practices that use another
payroll service from QuickBooks. You are making it harder than
it needs to be because even payroll information must still be
entered into QuickBooks for your financial detail to be complete.
And be very aware of payroll services that promise you can download
the detail into QuickBooks. It is not as easy as the payroll
service trying to get your business promises.
So, I waged war against those outside services and have made an
agreement with Intuit to pass through savings to professional
practices. Here's what you save:
15% discount for Standard and
Enhanced Payroll
10% discount for Assisted Payroll
plus waived setup fee ($49.00 value)
And, there is Intuit support for payroll
setup.

Spring Has Sprung
Though you wouldn't
know it by the cold weather across the country.
What that means for a speaker is it's time to hit the road again, or
in this case, the plane again. Spring is the busiest time of
year for Susan. If your phone call is delayed in being
returned, please give her grace to get back to you. Email is
ALWAYS the best option.
Celebrating 10 yrs of QuickBooks certification
Intuit launched the QuickBooks' Certified
ProAdvisor program 10 years ago. To be certified each
year, testing over software features and accounting methods
must be passed by a score of 85% or higher, in addition to
certification fees. These tests are taken by accountants
and CPAs worldwide. In 2005, Intuit launched Advanced
Certification.
Susan has successfully passed all certification
exams for the past 10 years, in addition to Advanced
certification, recognizing the importance of providing expert
advice to professional practices, worldwide!
QuickBooks Upgrading
Do you need to
upgrade?
If you are using QuickBooks 2006, it is now time to upgrade! I recommend practices upgrade their QuickBooks every two years.
Sam's Club & Costco are still the least expensive to purchase.
And QuickBooks Pro is still all you need.
CRITICAL:
If you are using QuickBooks 2005 and updated to Microsoft Internet
Explorer 7, you will experience compatibility issues. WAIT to
update IE 7 until you have updated your QuickBooks 2005 with a soon
to be release. OR purchase QuickBooks 2008.
